The new 72 foot Max 160 is an End feed antenna optimized for the lower bands.  This antenna has a great signal on 160 meters and killer signals on 80, 60, 40 and 30 meters. It can be used as a vertical or horizontal, makes an awesome sloper.  Radials are not required but for optimal results it is highly recommended to install at least 16 radials.
